Workplace Joy Coaching and Consulting provides group and one-on-one  coaching for administrators. The focus is on the leader’s needs, creating a trusted partnership for leaders in their fast-paced, decision-making roles, and increases their knowledge, skills, mindset, and competencies. The  individualize attention and focus is designed to  foster continuous improvement and developing effective leadership.

Professional Development and Training

Our training is designed around the needs of adult learners.  A variety of formats are available to meet a range of requirements from one-hour mini-shop, to half-day and full-day workshops.  The workshops focus on  the acquisition of knowledge, skills, and  mindset.
